Senators Portman & Whitehouse Join Physicians, Pharmacists, and Advocates for Rx Abuse Event

In case you missed it, the Alliance to Prevent the Abuse of Medicines recently hosted a discussion on comprehensive solutions to prescription drug abuse on Capitol Hill with Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI). The roundtable, moderated by Richard Hamburg, deputy director at Trust for America’s Health, focused on sharing best practices and providing policy recommendations for Congress.
